Any of those news items may indeed send the price north, but I doubt will send it way north in a hurry.

A PPA might be being discussed with BPC or other 3rd party, but once terms agreed Tlou still have to go away and develop well field to supply the necessary gas feedstock. That will require funding and therefore take time to put in place. And if it doesn’t, then it means it is a small project that really is just a demonstration of proof of concept rather than money spinner to generate cash flows and eventually revenues of sufficient size needed to impress the market (326m shares in issue means petty cash revenues won’t really float too many serious punters boat).
As for a Reserves upgrade, well if that was being planned we would be being told all about that to try keep punters interest engaged her.
But Africa time is sorting that out for us - no need to rush anything when you can easily enough take your time.
