i would bet that the quality of all those bridges to cross in both Finland and Sweeden, far exceed those of African countries and will ultimately appeal to the financing participants.

eg. There is no guarantee that the government of South Africa falls prey to more nationalist pressure, which might erode the confidence any development could look ahead for, 5 years ? 20 or 30 years ? Does that make raising finance to capex difficult ? TNO have the right approach though, reduce that capex with a DSO type operation which can accelerate time tables to first cash flows.

Now consider that same idea of a fast track to commercial cash flows from a DSO operation in the worlds best mining jurisdiction, Finland, and i think sweeden is at no. 5? Both top 10 anyway.
