The market is highly inefficient in small cap stocks a lot of the time. This was a prime example. I've been calling the other stock a buy since 10c pre IPO so I fail to see how I'm on the "wrong horse". TTT has promise but needs to start showing the market some contracts that justify the market cap of $230M. I called it a SELL at $2.70. I'm now saying it's a HOLD with the caveat it could drop a lot lower if contracts are not forthcoming.
