Apparently these guys raised $11 mil in Aug18 at 3c. So you think the Aussie Fund managers are not as thoughtful and resourceful in valuing a company as you!! They will raise $20 mil in May as your company in Canada couldn’t raise any. Stop writing crap on valuations as if you are the expert. This is your first post on HC and to me it seems you must be a disgruntled holder who doesn’t want the deal. That’s ok we couldn’t care less but don’t write unsubstantiated valuations on TTM as you know nothing and the same institutions will pump another $20 mil pal to resurrect your defunct Core group who spent $70 mil plus I believe on a dud project and got smashed. TTM management are capable of knowing what they are doing. If you have issues with Core write on your Canadian blogs. Spare us from your expertise. Even if you post I won’t respond. If the merger happens it happens. If it doesn’t that’s fine too. Good luck and stop assuming valuations etc on TTM. We the Aussies are capable of looking after ourselves!!
