They are hosting an analyst tour onsite there at the end of this month so you would have to assume any bugs (assuming there are some) with the hotel will be ironed out by then. I don't believe this means readiness is as negative
Cost and Time overruns are a know and were the reason behind the 5c rescue raise (not 2.5c BTW)
Feedback from the analysts at the end of the month will be the real deal
