Many would be working on the assumption that the Mining Licence, and the anticipated Federal Environmental approvals, were/are just formalities, perhaps working on the adage of; buy the rumour and sell the fact.
Either way, I don't see it will make any difference in the long run.
Have a look at the SP performance of CWX on good news - that really is baffling!!
Anyway, as I say, nothing to worry about with SFX IMO - the only stress is likely to come for those intent on trading it, then picking the movements will be very tough!!
Like I said earlier - much happier being fully loaded and long.
