Imo it's not the strongest prospectus. But it never really was with the Con Notes and possible future dilution prospects. Need to re-read it a couple of times again though but need to get to a funeral today.
I have already been chatting with David again this morning. I believe in the tech even moreso now that MS selected Thred as Key StartUp Partner. That's a big deal in my eyes. They are onto something big. The conspiracy theorist is telling me they are working together to ultimately do away with email and replace it with something next gen comm tool..
