So many opinions here. From "terrible" to "very good" news.

That the price did not rise or go down a lot, says it all: its clearly neither that great nor that bad. They just needed to announce this as there are potentially material changes to scope and orientation.

And yes I do think that these have to do with the IPO. I don't think it's just "government slowness" that keeps the IPO from moving quicker.

it takes around 6-9 months on average for a company to go public, so NVA is at the outer edges of that window now. 12 months is really slow and normally means you have not done your preparatory work well enough.

Let's see how many more months.
