    I think NVA is spinning off it's Thompson Lithium holding in an IPO for Snow Lake Res- leaving NVA as company with gold prospects at Estelle and elsewhere I imagine existing NVA SH will get first dibs and maybe a sweetener - who knows? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
