The last JV (as I remember) was with RIO to spend $10M on deep drilling at Vulcan for 90/10 JV.
RIO drilled around 10 or so holes to 800M
RIO withdrew after the drilling soas TAS retains 100%.
They cannot give much more away on a JV deal so I think going on "past actions" they could be very proactive from here on considering the resurgence on metal prices over the last year.
