I now expect that success as a mining operation is much more likely than completion of a metals processing plant.
What is the saying about repeating mistakes of the past? Costs escalated and completion delayed because Kronos requested process changes and increased capacity. The lesson was start small, get process running, generate profits and use proceeds to fund improvements in the second plant.
So what's happening now. Apparently the existing plant cannot process the (now) preferred feedstock (zinc rich dust), and its been unused for so long that it needs (significant?) reconfiguration and modification. More design, more costs, more delays.
Why couldn't the plant that was 86% complete in November 2014, and due to be operation in mid 2015, be finished and put into production. Why change the rules again?
I am left hoping that the drilling at Nhill hits gold, it is the only return I can foresee.
