    I'm guessing its just typical sour grapes. Person A leaves Company A and Joins Company B taking all the Company A business across to Company B. Litigation from Company A ensues claiming that all sorts of confidentiality agreements were broken, leading to a loss of sales etc.

    It happens everywhere, in all businesses, in all industries all the time. Its just a game that's played. As I said, only the lawyers end up the winners.
