Understand the feeling man. I think that the directors are preparing for good boost again before annual report. However, they will have to release all negative points first. AFAIK, the claim can be solved by reasonable settlement without involving major law suit (some tenders may be). The publish today should not be a major negative effect for tomorrow trade.)
