"• The Offer Period has been extended to 11 June 2018. As such, the new date for giving notice of the status of the final defeating Condition is 1 June 2018. If the Offer Period is not extended and there have been no prescribed occurrences by 1 June 2018 then Realm Shareholders who have accepted the Offer will be paid the Increased Cash Consideration of $1.00 per Realm Share by no later than 1 July 2018.2"
