Regardless of whether you accept or not you won’t recieve a cent until they get enough shares to TAke over. And currently they are offering no where near the value you are entitled to. I won’t give you financial advice. But I am pretty sure there is a guy called peter that will gladly offer you a quicker off market sale, Wouldn’t trust that snake though.
