    Taurus will increase the offer imo.

    They are testing the waters to see how many accept the ridiculous low ball price.

    1st offer 90c no interest, increase offer to $1

    No real interest at $1 they will increase the price, imo next $1.10 and the games continue.

    They are monitoring Computershare.
