Well look who is back! I thought we lost you peter after the INDEPENDENT valuation at 1.70. Interesting you came back just to downramp after another pathetic bidder offer has Been put forward.

As for owing Taurus some debt; that will be paid back within a year or so, and could also be refinanced at a lower rate if the BOD would ALLOW. Obviously owing Taurus (majority Taurus board) debt at a punishing interest rate the board may be reluctant to chase such avenues, that would benefit shareholders and realm.

The “you may not be able to sell realm” comment has always been a bullying tactic that comes from the very first bidder statement. The fact that you bring it up again, and you only show up down ramping at absolutely no benefit to anybody, makes me wonder where or who you work for.

Nobody in there right mind would sell out, I believe in our company director opinion of don’t accept the offer over Taurus and their cronies any day.
