my understanding is they need to get 75% of the minority shareholding to accept the offer for anyone to get paid. If they get to 75% or above everyone gets paid regardless of whether you accepted or not, below 75% no one is paid and we wait for their next move which id imagine to be raise the bid or extend the deadline.
