Hi RoyE, thank you for the reference to Mod Resources. They obviously have a Board  who know what they're doing because they were able to raise $10 million for their low grade African copper project at a 36 percent premium to the last traded share price. Compare that with Peel who in September 2018, raised $12 million at a 12.1 percent discount for drilling out "one of the most significant polymetallic zinc discoveries in Australia in recent years" (Tyson's words). It says a lot about our BOD - they're out of their depth and we're all paying for it.
