Yep ! This has been the pattern for years now.
The register being so locked up scares off any potential bidder. IMO the tight register is actually working against us now more than it is for us. It doesn't particularly look like either SBM or Josh Pitt are interested in taking over Peel. I wish however that they would get together & give management their marching orders. If Pitt & Vassie were at the helm this company would be a very different beast.
