I am not sure I would call the chaos surrounding the new mining charter government support. Add in things like the confiscation of farmland, very militant unions, and an economy on the skids, and it is a very brave investor who wants to put money into a SA mining company.
This is all reflected in the SWJ SP, but until I see things majorly improve in SA I will watch from the sidelines and hope I am wrong.
