i believe you reading too much into it, but i agree who needs to know how the diminishing percentage of the business is going? Tell us what the land might be worth as an apartment site maybe or a themed hotel? These sites always end up being the main game...the busness is only a temp way of funding the value of the land which is whee they should be focusing on. How can we enhance the value of the land around the theme park? So don't worry...lol imo dyor

Second rate shopping centres need AAD imo because AMAZON is stealing customers, and only one of the 3 ways of combating AMAZON is through entertainment as a way to lure shoppers back into the stores. AAD should be able to help I'm sure and Thomas has those skills imo too.
