    TO me that insinuates/implies the consulting arm is not valuable to EVM which I find incredulous, but that is just my personal opinion , also not wanting to have a crack at you, however I made a couple of calls to their consulting division and the feedback I got was they had a full work load , so maybe I am more confident than some with their consultation business .
