I can see why someone might not take a shine to throwing consulting to the side as 'outdated'. The two work well in tandem, the expertise and revenue built up by consulting helps develop and bootstrap funding for EVS. Having the solid consulting position is part of why I am comfortable investing a fairly large chunk based on the typical size/risk profile of a company the size of EVS.
