Seems like the UK courts have stepped up the fines for water pollution offences recently which could be the catalyst for Thames Water putting out the tender that was won by Odournet/ Envirosuite.

If Thames is seen to be proactively improving management of their wastewater plants with Envirosuite the other large water companies in the UK may need to follow suite to avoid the perception that they are falling behind in this space.
