The market knows better to wait for news of actual revenue or contracts rather than potential revenue and MOUs, particularly when funds are all but dried up.

$1.06m in the bank back on September 30...with predicted outflows of $860k for the quarter, which is only a week away from concluding. Ugly stuff. Any talk of bags from here, one might want to consider the impending dilution.
