Nice explanation. Though my view is that staff costs relative to scale of sales is too high. In order to scale up operations for global sales it will probably need a larger lab and packaging site. This brings staffing and distribution cost up until scale is reached. At which point the staff cost become less of a factor.

I compare this company to QHL. High cost of labour and low margin contracts. QHL needs to scale up before profits are made.

I think organic growth will be forthcoming for GSS, but so will operating cost, growth costs and staff costs. CR will be done a whatever price the market demands. I think it will be at less than 50 million MC price.
