re: Ann: TFML receives letter from Investors ... is it just me, or does this sound like the IRC is saying "great to hear you are making good changes, but we can't forgive you that easy, so we will give you til Dec to prove your improved status, then we will decide whether to tender or not"

Which is positve, and means that the tender process is not a given yet, which is what TCQ has been saying all along.

Things are looking up...
