All of it sounds good except for one statement - mrl is beholden to no one but shareholders. The sri lankan government will beg to to differ. Sovereign risk is always a factor in sri lanka as the political landscape can change without notice. Imo if we can navigate thru these elections without any civil issues, the current government seems more intent on reducing corruption and improving economy. I can then foresee mrl having a free run with benefits for both sides. The advantage for mrl is that it has done the ground work and seems to not have been engrained in any scandals other foreign companies tend toget involved in. Yes "incentives" for officianados are important but in a subtle way.
