True they are selling for $3.6m, but only $0.6m is cash.
The remaining $3m is in shares. Let's for discussions sake say they were issued at 7c, if the share price rises to 21c in 2 years time (which would be a poor increase in my eyes) when all shares are out of escrow, it's suddenly $9m worth.
