Post acquisition there will be circa 160m issued shares. If we assume combined rev of $16m then at the current SP of 7c TNT is valued at well south of 1x rev. A business of this type, size and in this space should be trading at north of 3x. By my calculation TNT could and should be north of 20c in no time. BIG congrats to management. Awesome job!!
