This technology has more application in supplying heat to homes and industry and that supply is a far larger part of the market than power.( as quoted by 1414D )

Input energy can be supplied by numerous sources such as surplus gas, off peak power, garbage incineration and the heat and or power or both released when required.

In effect it is a time shifter using cheap input energy when available, storing that energy at 1414 and releasing it when required, usually when power is a peak pricing.

The existing Gas engines at Glenelg cannot store the heat they generate to be used to heat peak morning sewage inflow going to the bio reactor that needs a constant temperature to work effectively. Cold shock is not good for bacteria.

So Anndy its more complicated than you make out.
