Anybody hoping for a turn around in BDR operation overnight, is simply Day Dreaming.

New contractor cant speed up operation overnight. They need to arrange equipment, pay 30% upfront payments etc and get the skilled people on site.

I will give 6 Months Minimum before any improvement or BDR will fold. Management has not changed.

BDR is always Pathological Searching for Excuses before each quarterly and blame some one. Just 5 days left in Quarter and another excuse tell what to come in Quarterly Report, probably another major disappointment.
