Nope, shouldn't be shocked really.
Just pinpointed his repeated failings, lack of communication, lack of general work ethic and simply lack of desire to actually achieve shareholder value. All the while rinsing the company of funds, its shameful, unethical and an embarrassment to the company.
I truly hope he does respond, I'd love to hear his justification for letting things progress this way but I'm 99% sure he will hide away as per and take the money.
