For some reason I've always been quick to defend management and the board throughout this Shakespearean tragedy, however in this particular instance there is no other way to frame it other than complete mismanagement and horrible judgement.
Up against it in getting that $1.6m back, all depends on ELK's pipeline sale I'd wager.. which is looking increasingly unlikely.
