Questions to ask e.g.re: the approvals... yes GMC has them BUT is their any small print that we are unaware of.
The so-called experience of GMC Mgmt has been shown up as - well embarrassing to say the least, and I would insist a deep dive into the accounts before fronting up more cash but alas, it will all be generalised in the accounts and us, Unsoph-Inv will be treated like mugs.
On a positive note, the GMC new office, is just around the corner from the race track (Ascot). Hamish, do me a favour, put the remainder of cash on the favourite! You will have a much better chance of a win than doing business with the likes of HRH Pak Ibufker.
