Management are either stupid or deceitful or both (I think its both)
I can't see a way forward with hamish and co at the helm. Either they go by way of a board spill or many investors will walk decimating the sp IMO.
I do see value in the project but will not risk further investment whilst I'm sure I'm being lied to.
