    Your post is yet more evidence for why management should have conducted extra due diligence on this deal before agreeing to it and announcing to market.

    Everyone can see it looks too good to be true. Most that invested, relied on management's judgement on this issue.

    It's a joke that Pak can just walk away from this without any legal recourse
