Actually it won't because if terms are truly ridiculous like they have suggested, most people with logic will disregard it. There is a reason why GMC have been vague because they have something to hide.

I have a feeling Pak wanted his $10m to buy him 20% of GMC. He figured out management were incompetent and acted on the opportunity. I can't blame him because I would have done the same if it only cost me $200k.
