Cheese went mouldy a couple of months back, can smell it quite well as time has progressed. Heres an idea... I'll start a company, take on money from investors; get someone overseas to sign a 'binding termsheet' with no foresight or 'what if' planning, oh and then when they do pull out - leave the company in an extremely precarious position because of the aforementioned.
