so just out of curiosity, if says management can't justify their spending, what are you going to do then? class action to take down the company and leave everyone penniless? vote no on all resolutions in the upcoming general meetings even though it won't do a thing as most companies will have secured the votes from top holders anyway?

i mean i'm not defending management by any means, they're incompetent and got played like a violin that's a fact .. but i'm just curious on what retail investors like yourself and me are going to do to even amount to anything impactful ...
