This could be good news. PDN is now free to sell the 14 M lbs of Uranium it had contracted to EDF in 2019-24 to someone else. Assuming there is a buyer who believes that PDN will survive and they value the uranium at a future price of $40/lb, even with discounting, that could give the company more than enough cash to pay off EDF.
