There is no way CNNC will inject funds into PDN. Their sole purpose is take all of LHM for very little cost. China is building tens if not hundreds of nuclear reactors and they need to secure fuel for the long term. The naive West needs to wake up. PDN can be saved if all stake holders agree to a CR to recapitalize the company. This also involves converting debt to equity. If not then all is lost. Forget about dilution!
