The agreement was for the period 2019-2024 so now it is no longer in force. Paladin must now find other customers. You are correct , this is no surprise since Paladin was in default. (Principally due to CNNC's underhandedness. I would still like to see CNNC fix their mess by injecting (loan) more money into the company in order to calm creditors and not dilute shareholder equity even more.)
