Not necessarily catastrophic news. It is just some more debt that will need to converted into equity. Hopefully a CR can be conducted under the terms initially agreed to by most stake holders before CNNC put a spanner in the works. Most shareholders including myself were willing to commit funds to ensure the survival of PDN.
