This is concerning..but realistically..wasn't the agreement a bit of a joke anyway? PDN were pretty much getting spot price which is f-ing ridiculous...meanwhile other companies have locked in contracts for sales at $40+ per pound..
So if another buyer is locked in then PDN may be much better off..and if not then I guess the sales just continue to go to the spot market? Surely the Chinese would be buying anyway..
We better get some positive news soon..very frustrating.
