    re: Ann: Termilone market development agreeme... Shiggy: I am NOT a holder of BPO, but as a holder of SLA have been keeping a close eye on BPO and was tempted to invest into this stock because I did think that Termilone was about to make money for BPO in 2010.
    Today's ann. - at least in my view - is indeed disappointing to say the least.
