The Tender for the Rakha mine was successful, but no such luck with the other tenders.
IRL management don't want to tell you about those.
In fact they were the most expensive for the Kendadih Mine re-opening and expansion. Lost that tender.

The Surda and the Malanjkhand Mine expansion they didn't bother to quote.

IRL won the 'bottom of the barrel' mine expansion project at 2,608,521,773 rupees or $55,755,999 AUD
NOT $58 million as per the announcement.

The Malanjkhand expansion was worth AUD$251 million.
BUT THE CLOWNS DIDN'T BOTHER TO QUOTE

I would have thought that the Surda Mine shaft contract would have been a good fit for a company like Kopex.
Contract worth AUD$45 million
