re: Ann: Ten Network Holdings appoints Hamish... For someone who held a senior position in news corp does it appear odd that he was able change positions so seamlessly without having to wait a period of time to wait out a non compete agreement?
This is either a further step in the backdoor takeover by news corp without paying a premium or hamish lacks the quality to have a lock up agreement with news corp.
When is the next capital raising to reduce the average cost of the major shareholders?
