This is a very good question.
What we don't have is any detail of the profit sharing arrangements relating to the agreement.
If Northrop is bearing the costs of the proposal then this would ordinarily result in a lower return to EOS.
I think the real benefit to EOS shareholders (and this has been speculated on) is that Northrup will likely take out EOS if the CROWS 3 is won.
Alternately, it may simply be that EOS receives financial compensation for the use of its technology. This should be generous as EOS had others competing for the technology.
I would certainly like to see the detail myself, rather than speculating on the outcome.
